H.J. Res. 14

House Joint Resolution 14, Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to abolish the electoral college and to provide for the direct election of the President and Vice President of the United States. Representative Steve Cohen [D-TN], Chair of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties, introduced this joint resolution on January 11, 2021.
